Regional Vice President/IT Manager 1999 – 2010
Shaped IT-department structure from initial start-up through periods of growth, mergers, acquisitions, increases in territory and number of branches. Developed and executed operational plans and managed budget of $890K in support of corporate strategy. Implemented department best practice polices and created business continuity plan.
Coordinated network, desktop, and telecommunications activities for the area community banks and all affiliate member banks in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, New York and Ohio. Selected to serve as interim manager during transitional periods in the Carolinas and Georgia area. Lead team to an SLA average of 99.8% and customer satisfaction score of 99.9%.

* Directed team of 3 in migration in support of the merger with 14-branch bank. Leveraged in-house resources to complete within 3 days, saving the bank $250K.
* Converted 149 branches to new environment that included application installation and new hardware requirements over a single weekend with limited staff available. Avoided associated overtime costs by persuasively negotiating rates with third-party vendors.
