Receptionist
Responsibilities
take incoming calls;
Welcome clients and visitors;
Receive, sort and send mail and priority mail-outs;
Type and format various documents (invoices, letters, tables, etc.);
Coordinate catering services for meetings, including reservation of meeting rooms when required;
Prepare receipts;
Support the administrative staff;
Perform related administrative duties.
External Posting Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist (or similar experience);
Experience working with professionals, in a fast-paced work environment, with tight deadlines;
Ability to prioritize the duties to be completed according to their level of urgency;
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and ability to work in a team.
