Team Leader jobs

Duties & Responsibilities:



· As Lead Operator

· Manage a team of data capture operators in assigned area; coach and manage staff development

· Perform duties of data capture operator as necessary

· Maintain the defined operating standards as mandated by the company

· Monitor team’s performance and ensure that performance, quality, and daily capture targets are met

· Submit reporting requirements on time

· Manage client and personnel relationship issues

· Handle first level technical assistance and support to team members

· Manage manning requirements of branches within assigned areas during operational hours

· Minimize equipment downtime during operational hours

· Manage running costs in overseeing operators and branches in area of assignment





Job Specifications:



· Bacherlor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information technology, Engineering, or equivalent

· Fast and accurate typing skills of at least 45-50 wpm and 95% accuracy rating

· Comfortable with MS Windows platforms and office productivity tools

· Working experience in related field is preferred

· Can work independently and as a team player

· Can manage a team of at least four (4) data capture operators

· Patient, hardworking, meticulous, and quality-conscious

· Willing to travel
