Job Description:
We are an Exempt Market Dealer in BC with plans to expand our sales team to meet our expected growth prospects. We are currently seeking Sales advisors to execute and implement an effective sales strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales, marketing and product development programs that will meet pre-determined targets and increase our market share. You will be a critical member of our sales team as we continue our organic growth. Qualifications and Key Duties
Minimum 2 Years local Financial sales/Banking experiences
Canadian Securities Course or Exempt Market Proficiency Course completed within the last three years.
Ability to articulate and effectively communicate with clients
Self-Starter and positive attitude
Proven track record to meet and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build sales pipeline to promote company brand and financial products or real estate projects.
Goal oriented and commitment to achieve assigned targets.
Mandarin/Cantonese an asset.
