Access Technical Staffing specializes in the recruitment and placement of Information Technology professionals, primarily for fulltime/direct hire positions.
We are often asked “what makes you different than other ‘headhunters’?”
1. IT and IS only. Direct hires. We are specialists in the search, recruitment and placement of information technology and information systems professionals, primarily for direct employment with our clients. We do not try to be all things to all people.
2. We are an 18 year old corporation, with a proven track record of finding qualified IT professionals for start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
3. We take on only a limited number of searches so that we can focus on them and produce good results. We respond to all calls and emails. If you’re not getting a lot of attention from your headhunter, then you will appreciate this.
4. Our President, Jim Scimone, personally coordinates all searches. You deal with him directly, not a rookie, not a trainee. He has over 25 years experience in IT recruiting and recruiting management, and is from the computer field, having been with IBM as a software programmer, systems engineer, marketing representative and product marketing specialist on the corporate staff. Having been in the computer field myself, He is able to understand your technical skills and identify opportunities that will help you grow your skills, your income and your career
