Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Terminator Set-up Operator Duties and Responsibilities

Identify proper machine set-up specifications.

Set-up wire terminating machines to job specifications.

Basic maintenance and troubleshooting of wire terminating machines.

Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications.

Communicate problems with machine operation.

Maintain machine maintenance records and machine production specification records.

Terminator Set-up Operator Qualifications and Requirements

Ability to speak, read, and write English.

Ability to read a ruler to 1/64 of an inch.

Familiar with fraction and decimal conversion

Possess practical problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Work while standing, kneeling, or bending over.

Good dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Read small letters at a distance of 12-18 inches.

Interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
