Oracle Developer

Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Developer to support application development, integration, and financial system initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in application development using Oracle Forms, Oracle APEX, and PL/SQL

Experience with Oracle Database development, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware components such as WebLogic Server and Oracle HTTP Server

Experience integrating applications with enterprise financial systems such as Florida PALM and FLAIR

Knowledge of State of Florida accounting practices from a technical implementation perspective

Experience ensuring PCI compliance in application development

Preferred Experience:

Knowledge of the Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR) or Florida PALM

Experience with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS)

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge of application and data security best practices

Experience working in a government or public sector environment

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Oracle certifications such as Oracle PL/SQL Developer, Oracle APEX Developer, or Oracle Middleware certifications are preferred

Pay Range: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
