We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Floor Framing (wood), Wall Framing (wood), Roof Framing (wood), Interior Trim & Casework, Exterior Siding & Trim, Hollow Metal Frames/Doors & Hardware, Metal Stud Framing, Concrete Forming, & Scaffold Erecting.

Work according to and ensure others work according to the Project Blueprint specifications when applicable.

Knowledge of common construction processes for residential and commercial properties, as well as the methods used to carry out these tasks.

Knowledge of tools & equipment to be operated and used to perform common construction tasks.

Specialization in specific task skills and desire to learn other common construction tasks.

Actively participate in accident/incident investigations.

Follow all OSHA, EPA and ODH policies and procedures.

Follow all company and site-specific safety and health program policies.

High School Diploma

4 years' experience as an apprentice carpenter or carpenter

OSHA 10

Equipment training as it relates to Carpenter job title
