Logistics Staff - Encoder (J&F)

Position Overview

Responsible for encoding and updating all inventory-related transactions in SAP.

Responsibilities

Ensure that all details entered and posted in SAP are accurate and aligned with the information reflected in the Tracking Form, RTS, and WTS.

Participate in the reconciliation of floating stocks recorded in SAP.

Perform the filing and proper safekeeping of all documents related to warehouse transactions (e.g., Receiving Tally Sheet, Withdrawal Tally Sheet, etc.).

Follow guidelines based on quality assurance and quality control standards while inside the storage facility (e.g., FSSC, NSF, GWP, etc.).

Immediately report any irregularities to your superior for proper action.Perform special projects or any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Education

Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or have equivalent work experience.

Experience

Should have prior experience in data encoding and excellent typing skills.
