Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls daily to potential B2B customers from our database or a provided lead list.

Product Pitching: Clearly explain our range of garments (e.g., shirt Tshirt Trouser uniforms, ready-to-wear), quality specifications, and wholesale pricing.

Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat orders and long-term business partnerships.

Order Management: Accurately record customer orders, including SKU codes, sizes, and quantities, and coordinate with the dispatch team.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for revenue generation and order volume.

Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our system (CRM/Excel).

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Tele-calling. Prior experience in the Garment, Textile, or Retail sector is a significant advantage.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills. Fluency in english Hindi and Bengali is essential. Basic English proficiency is preferred.

Negotiation: Strong convincing and negotiation skills with a positive, problem-solving attitude.

Education: Graduation must

Technical: Comfortable using computers, basic MS Excel, and the internet.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: 10,000 – 12,000 per month (depending on experience).

Incentives: Highly attractive,3k/ lac performance-based monthly incentives based on achieved sales targets.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
