Description:
Key Responsibilities
Main responsibilities are focused on Puma Paraguay Product Inventory, including the following tasks:
Daily reconciliation between accounting and operation reports
Prepare and share daily report/status explaining deviations
Manage and keep daily fluent Interaction with different areas of the company
Run monthly processes (costs, etc)
Adjust product temperature differences in the system
Coordinate month end close with peers in MVD and Paraguay ensuring accuracy of Inventory Balances.
Coordinate physical inventory counting
Support internal and external audit
Evaluation of existent controls and processes plus proposal of improvements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Public Accountant
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting field
Advanced Excel skills / pivot tables
Results oriented
Meet deadlines on assignments
Flexible and proactive attitude
Meticulous attention to detail
Independent team player with good communication skills – verbal and written
Fast learner and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
Advanced english level
Key Relationships:
Internal: accounting team / operations team
External: auditors / hired companies for physical counting
