**Job Summary**

The Cloud & DevOps Engineer is responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and efficiency of CBRE's digital platforms, facilitating continuous integration, automated deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure. He collaborates closely with development, product, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure the delivery of robust and scalable solutions.

**Main Responsibilities**

+ **Cloud Infrastructure Management:** Management of environments in Azure and AWS, including service accounts, security configuration, and database access.

+ **Automation and DevOps:** Implementation of CI/CD pipelines, lambda management for production environments, and endpoint maintenance for internal applications such as Pricing, LeaseMaster, ECOP, DVM, and Zone.

+ **Cybersecurity:** Coordination with security teams to resolve critical vulnerabilities (e.g. exposed API keys, WAF, CrowdStrike, SecurityScorecard) and compliance with global data protection policies

+ **Incident and ticket management:** Track RITMs in ServiceNow, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with global support teams.

+ **Integration of APIs and AI tools:** Exploring Ellis AI integration with internal products and collaborating with Data Science teams for projects

+ **Periodic review of costs associated with cloud environments** (mainly AWS), including billing analysis, identification of budget deviations and preparation of monthly reports and annual forecasts. Propose optimization measures such as consolidation of services or cancellation of inactive accounts.

**Knowledge and Key Competencies**

+ Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, Git, Github

+ Azure AD, ServiceNow, DBeaver, Tableau

+ IT Security & Vulnerability Management

+ REST APIs, integration of external services

+ SQL Databases and Permissions Management

+ Effective communication and collaborative work. Important proactivity and focus on innovation

+ 5-6 years of experience

**Indicators of Success**

+ Compliance gates in the DevOps portal.

+ Efficient resolution of critical incidents and vulnerabilities.

+ Successful deployment of production environments and process automation.

+ Seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
