We are looking for a new Cost Management Administrator to join our Service Administration team!
Role and Responsibilities
Cost management
Warranty operation & System management
Warranty cost control
Partner maintains
Extended warranty management
Warranty audit
To support direct supervisor upon whose request performs all other task
Warranty closing and control invoice
Weekly and monthly report with analysis
KPI management & Support for SVC data
Skills and Qualifications
Qualification/Experience:
Administration & Field Experience in customer support for 3 years
Data Analysis Experience (Excel)
Knowledge:
Very good knowledge and understanding of systems and processes
Very good English level
Proficient in Excel, user of Microsoft PowerPoint
Job related skills:
Excellent organization, co-ordination, and time-management skills
Analytical and strategic thinking, problem solving attitude
Strong creative sensibility and motivated by new challenges
Highly customer oriented with strong communication skills
Good team player and relationship building skills
Passionate and high level of responsibility
