The contractor should be proficient in System Admin duties and have direct experience with the following technologies.

Required Skills

Perform one-off deployments to IIS and related systems.

Perform daily monitoring to verify the availability and integrity of hardware, server resources, and system processors.

Perform and verify daily backups, ensure recovery media is created and properly cycled; execute file archival and purging as required.

Create, maintain, and delete user accounts as needed.

Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.

Investigate issues and provide high-level support.

Install new servers or rebuild existing ones.

Develop and maintain installation, configuration procedures, and system standards.

Configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, and storage according to standards, project, and operational requirements.

Install and configure systems supporting organizational infrastructure and applications.

Apply operating system patches, upgrade tools and utilities, and configure/add new services as required.

Configure, upgrade, and maintain system software and procedures to support applications and operational needs.

Perform periodic performance tuning and reporting for capacity planning, hardware upgrades, resource optimization, including CPU, memory, and disk partitioning as needed.

Desired Skills

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server, IIS.

Experience with IBM Content Manager and Captiva.

Experience with Accellion/Kiteworks.
