For our group company, NKG Commercial Services Company Limited, we are looking for a Regional Support Services - Accountant (f/m/d). The position will be based in An Phuoc Industrial Zone, Dong Nai Province.

Your responsibilities

Perform Accounting Data entry in the system accurately and timely for Monthly Accounting Close.

Accounts Payable – Preparation of payments and ensuring that all payments are accurate and verified by the respective department.

New Vendor Payment Details – Ensure that proper checks are performed for New Vendor Payment Details before processing payment

Accounts Receivable – Support in sending and following up on the Statement of Accounts. Processing of AR receipts into the system

Interco Billing – Support in the Interco Billing process and Reconciliation

BS Schedules – Preparation and support in the BS Schedules

Treasury – Support the Regional Finance team in FX / Treasury-related matters

GST/Quarterly/Annual Reports Preparation – Support the Regional Finance team in the data points

Support any other Accounting/Finance tasks when requested

Job Requirements:

Fluency in English is required

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional or multicultural environment.
