To strengthen our team, we are offering the following permanent full-time position (40 hours per week) at Hamburg HQ at the earliest possible date:

Junior IT System Administrator (m/f/x)

In your future role, you will be responsible for all internal helpdesk inquiries and will ensure smooth IT operations. Responding to internal inquiries regarding IT support issues (help desk, first-level support) in German and English

Analyzing, finding solutions for, and implementing solutions to hardware and software problems on site or remotely

Coordinating and performing installation and maintenance of hardware and software (e.g., provision of Windows-based laptops, performing Windows upgrades)

Providing support for setting up peripheral devices (e.g., printers, webcams, mobile devices)

Creation and updating of technical documentation, manuals, and FAQs

Documentation of equipment inventory and support in tracking hardware assignments

Contact person for external services for printers, telecommunications, and mobile phones

Support in the introduction of new software tools and IT training initiatives

Completed IT training or comparable IT-related further education

Initial professional experience in IT support or system administration

Basic network knowledge and experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Freshservice or comparable systems)

Good knowledge of Microsoft products such as MS Office 365, MS Teams, Azure Active Directory

Team player with a hands-on mentality and good documentation and communication skills

A structured and proactive approach to work and a strong focus on finding solutions

Excellent German skills and good written xjliken and spoken business English

Resume in English
