Join our healthcare team and experience the charm of Charleston while providing exceptional clinical support in a collaborative environment.\n\n\nCharleston Nursing Job Details\n\n Location: Charleston, SC 29425 (South Carolina nursing jobs)\n Healthcare Setting: Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Facility, Magnet Hospital\n Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 12/15/2025 – End: 3/16/2026)\n Nursing Shift: 3x12-hour night shifts (19:00 – 07:30), 36 hours/week\n Float Pool: Float to Med/Surg units at Main Hospital and Ashley River Tower\n Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend\n Holiday Rotation: Required\n Charting System: EPIC\n Scrub Color: Solid Royal Blue or White top with Royal Blue bottoms\n Estimated Weekly Salary: $1420 - $1530\n\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n\n Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience\n Active South Carolina RN License or Multi-State/Compact RN License (or proof of application)\n BLS certification required\n Experience with adult patient populations\n Ability to float between Med/Surg units as needed\n Strong clinical skills in isolation precautions, IV management, oxygen administration, and rapid response/code teams\n Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)\n\n\nMed/Surg RN Responsibilities\n\n Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult patients across multiple Med/Surg units\n Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams\n Administer medications, manage IVs, and monitor patient responses\n Utilize EPIC for accurate and timely clinical documentation\n Respond to rapid response and code situations as needed\n Maintain infection control and isolation precautions\n Provide compassionate support to patients and families\n Adapt to varying patient ratios and unit assignments\n\n\n \n Why Choose Charleston?
