Senior Media & YouTube Strategist (Fluent Russian)

Advanced Trade Services (ATS) is a fast growing skilled trades staffing companies in the United States, and we are expanding our media and recruiting reach inside Russian speaking communities nationwide.

We are looking for an experienced media professional who understands how to build audiences, create attention grabbing content, and drive real recruiting results, especially through YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Russian language platforms.

Position: Senior Media and YouTube Strategist

Pay: $121,000 per year plus performance based commission

Type: Full time

Location: Remote, United States based only

Language Requirement: Fluent Russian and fluent English

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Leading our YouTube strategy including content planning, storytelling, design, editing direction, posting schedule, analytics, and growth

• Creating Russian language content targeted at tradespeople, immigrants, and Russian speaking communities across the US

• Running paid and organic recruiting campaigns for electricians, low voltage technicians, concrete crews, HVAC, general labor, and more

• Managing short form content across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts

• Working directly with the CEO to develop new shows, series, and campaigns

• Building a media funnel that drives consistent inbound worker applications

• Overseeing thumbnails, editing style, hooks, scripts, and SEO optimization

• Tracking KPIs and improving results over time

• Engaging with Russian speaking workers through comments, messages, WhatsApp, Telegram, and related platforms

• Creating culturally relevant media that builds trust and attracts talent

You Are a Good Fit If You

• Speak Russian at a native or fluent level

• Have real experience growing YouTube channels

• Know how to create content that recruits, motivates, and moves people to action

• Understand how to build attention through hooks, pacing, editing, and storytelling

• Can operate independently without daily supervision

• Understand Russian speaking immigrant communities

• Are creative, driven, and want to build something meaningful

• Are comfortable working directly with leadership in a fast paced environment

Compensation

• $121,000 yearly base

• Commission for every worker hired through your media funnel
