Marketing Trainee (Intern) – VIETNAM

Location: EF Education First Vietnam Head Office, Saigon Pavillon, 53-55 Ba Huyen Thanh Quan, Xuan Hoa ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

About the Internship Program

This internship is designed for driven university students who want real experience across modern marketing. You will rotate across key functions such as Paid Search, SEO, PR, Social Media, and Events. Your work will influence EF Vietnam’s brand presence, lead generation, and student engagement.

You will be part of a global education company while receiving mentorship, structured training, and a clear development path. This is a practical internship where your work creates real impact.

Who We’re Looking For

• University students (3rd year or above)

• Active users of platforms like Zalo, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram

• Strong interest in marketing, communications, or digital media

• Active and curious about online platforms and consumer behaviour

• Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Good written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English

Your Role at EF

1. Paid Search, SEO & Blog Content

• Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO best practices

• Draft on-page and blog content to support organic traffic growth

• Monitor Google Ads and Meta performance with guidance from senior staff

• Prepare weekly performance summaries and insights

2. PR & Communications

• Support the creation of press releases and media briefs

• Research journalists, outlets, and partnership opportunities

• Help track media coverage and prepare basic PR reports

• Assist at press events or interviews when required

3. Social Media (Organic)

• Develop content ideas tailored for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Zalo

• Write captions, build storyboards, and assist with filming and editing

• Manage posting schedules and monitor engagement

• Track analytics and highlight weekly learnings

4. Events & Activation Support

• Assist with planning and execution of office events, workshops, and school activations

• Coordinate logistics, guest lists, and on-site support

• Capture event content for social media

• Help collect feedback and event performance data

5. Student & Community Storytelling

• Interview students and parents to gather authentic stories

• Turn these into testimonials, highlight videos, or blog entries

• Contribute ideas for community-building activities and UGC initiatives
