Customer Service Advisor
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

About the role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members, ensuring their automotive service needs are met with professionalism and care. You’ll coordinate service appointments, manage quotes and invoices, and liaise between customers and technicians to keep everything running smoothly.
Welcome customers and assess their automotive service needs.
Explain service options, repairs, tyres, and parts availability clearly.
Prepare accurate quotes and invoices.
Schedule service appointments and manage workflow.
Source parts and maintain inventory records.
Ensure compliance with RACQ safety and operational standards.
About you
You’re a confident communicator with a genuine passion for helping people and solving problems. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational skills, and can explain technical information in a way that’s easy for customers to understand. Your knowledge of cars, tyres, and automotive services will set you apart.
Strong knowledge of automotive services, tyres, and parts.
Previous experience in customer service advisor role (1–3 years preferred).
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical details simply.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
Automotive industry experience highly regarded.
