Position Title: Home Manager
Location: Residential Premises
Employment Type: Full-Time
(flexible hours, including weekends when required)
1. Position Overview
The Home Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire household operations, ensuring smooth functioning, coordination, and maintenance of the residence. The role requires a trustworthy, organized, and proactive individual capable of managing staff, logistics, schedules, and confidential tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Household Operations & Staff Management
Supervise all domestic staff, including housekeeping, cook, driver, caretaker, and security personnel.
Ensure daily routines and housekeeping standards are maintained across all areas of the residence.
Assign duties, monitor performance, and maintain staff attendance records.
Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all rooms and facilities.
B. Administrative & Financial Duties
Manage household budgets, maintain records, and monitor daily expenses.
Handle bill payments, vendor invoices, and purchase of household essentials.
Maintain an updated inventory of groceries, supplies, appliances, and consumables.
C. Maintenance & Service Coordination
Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, pest control, and other service providers.
Ensure all household appliances, systems, and facilities are regularly serviced and functioning properly.
Monitor repairs and maintenance activities and maintain service logs.
D. Personal Assistance & Scheduling Support
Ensure timely reminders for important events, household tasks, and maintenance activities.
Organize home events, gatherings, or special arrangements as instructed.
E. Vendor & External Coordination
Communicate with vendors, agencies, and delivery services for smooth operations.
Compare rates, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely completion of contracted work.
Maintain updated contacts of all service providers.
F. Safety, Security & Compliance
Monitor residential security measures and ensure staff adhere to safety protocols.
Oversee CCTV systems, guest entry logs, and ensure controlled access to the property.
Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all household and personal matters.

4. Qualifications
3–5 years of experience as a Home Manager/Estate Manager or similar role
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
Hotel Management/Hospitality degree.
Experience in managing staff and large-scale household operations
Professional, disciplined, and well-presented
5. Salary & Benefits
Competitive monthly salary (based on experience) upto Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Lac)
