The Role
The Senior HR Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full-cycle Human Resources support to LATAM leaders, ensuring alignment between HR practices and business objectives. The role focuses on workforce planning aligned with business goals, ensuring labor compliance, and building a high-performance culture. Key responsibilities include organizational design, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and leveraging data and talent analytics to drive informed decision-making. This position requires strong business acumen and the ability to influence leaders while delivering high-level service, compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings broad HR expertise, a hands-on approach, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization.
What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)
Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with leadership teams to align workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, early career programs, career pathing, succession planning, and mobility with business priorities.
Data-Driven Insights: Use data and talent analytics to inform decisions and create actionable plans that enable business strategy and impact results. Ensure compliance by updating People Services on local legal and regulatory changes.
Total Rewards & Compensation: Oversee market competitiveness analysis, salary adjustments, and benefits resolution in partnership with Total Rewards.
Learning & Development: Define functional training priorities, nominate talent for leadership programs, and monitor progress to strengthen capability building.
Workforce Planning & Organization: Lead annual headcount planning and propose organizational design aligned with strategic goals.
Change Leadership: Act as a change ambassador, fostering adoption and cultural alignment across the organization.
Employee Experience & Wellbeing: Implement wellbeing initiatives and engagement strategies to promote a positive, high-performance culture. Translate engagement survey insights into targeted action plans.
HR Operations & Technology: Partner with stakeholders to improve processes and lead regional HR technology projects for efficiency and scalability.
What You Bring
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, Engineering, or related fields; MBA preferred.
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in multinational environments.
Knowledge of LATAM labor laws and HR practices.
Experience in talent management, compensation analysis, and organizational development.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
