The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing international shipments from start to finish — ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for clients.

Key duties include:

Coordinating import and export shipments (air, sea, or road)

Managing transport and logistics arrangements

Liaising with clients, agents, and carriers

Handling customs documentation, invoicing, and shipment tracking

Delivering excellent customer service and communication throughout

What You’ll Need

Minimum 2 years’ experience in UK freight forwarding

Good understanding of customs clearance procedures

Experience using systems like Cargowise or Multifreight

Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills
