Role based on site in Highfield, Southampton.

We have an exciting career-enhancing opportunity to join CPC’s growing Construction Advisory team, where you will play an integral part of delivering a new multi-million-pound auditorium, alongside teaching facilities, on site in Southampton within a live University campus.

Relevant skills and experience:

Experience working in a Site Manager/Construction Manager/Package Manager for a Principal Contractor

Experience working on Property/Construction related projects

Proven experience in construction delivery.

Knowledge of construction processes, regulations and managing contractors on site.

Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.

Excellent communicator

Valid SMSTS and CSCS Card
