Key Role Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships.

Analyse customer requests to assess technical feasibility and recommend suitable solutions.

Source products globally and generate competitive quotations that meet customer specifications.

Negotiate supplier terms to secure the best value.

Provide responsive technical and commercial support throughout the quoting and ordering process.

Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Ensure compliance with detailed customer procedures and quality standards.

Consistently meet personal KPIs and team sales targets.

Salary & Package

Base salary : £27,000 – £29,000

Bonus : Up to £1,000 per month (team-based, awarded post 6-month probation)
