Butter Oil Operator

General Purpose:

Process butter into butter oil and into packagable form

Duties and Responsibilities:

Help keep scrap butter melted down

Operates and sanitizes oil system as needed

Monitors employees assigned to rework

Keep self and equipment in a sanitary fashion

Communicate with supervisors and lead about the day’s plan as well as the next day’s plan of production

Understand CIP and oil process

Perform required function within SAP program

Adhere to all DFA Quality and Food Safety policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity

Adhere to all DFA Safety policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity

Adhere to all DFA GMP policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity

Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to use commercial English, grammar and arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division as required
