Please note: The job description below is for the Iron Oak Energy Solutions, Kermit 115 facility located in Kermit, Texas. Previously, known as High Roller Sand, this plant was added to the Iron Oak Energy portfolio in April 2025 and is currently being integrated into Iron Oak Energy’s Human Resource system.

Job Summary

Verifying trucks are in the correct lane and in the correct order for loading of product.

The proper opening and closing of the filling ports (e.g. – doors, lids, etc )

Direct communication with drivers to confirm loads.

Accurately relaying load information to the Truck Loader as required.

Enforcing all Iron Oak Energy policies as they apply to drivers and co-workers. Essential Functions And Responsibilities

Must adhere to all Iron Oak Energy company policies and S.O.P.’s

Must be able to hear, comprehend, and accurately relay information.

Must be able to repeatedly climb and descend stairs.

Requires the capability to perform job duties at heights without limitations.

Must be able to withstand prolonged exposure to seasonal elements (heat/cold)

Must act as a liaison between drivers and Iron Oak Energy.

Follow Iron Oak Energy / WP and MSHA safety regulations and guidelines.

Perform general housekeeping within the Loadout area.

Perform other tasks within the employees’ training and skills as directed by the plant supervisors and managers.

Must be able to wear a respirator and other required personal protective equipment.

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license Skills And Ability Expectations
