CNC Machinist

Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a CNC Machinist position for a local Royse City, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) to produce precision parts according to specifications

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings

Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Make tool offsets and adjustments to maintain accuracy and meet safety standards

Operate CNC control panels and follow G-code instructions as needed

Use various hand tools including wrenches, screwdrivers, and Allen keys

Maintain tools, work areas, and equipment in clean, safe operating condition

Follow all safety requirements and quality control procedures We like to hear from candidates with the following:

Previous experience operating CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Knowledge of G-code and basic CNC programming

Proficiency with precision measuring tools

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable

Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
