Our client is seeking a 3+ years experienced Employee Benefits/ERISA Employee Benefits/ERISA Attorney
Roles & Responsibilities:
Advise employers on the design, implementation, and compliance of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans.
Handle Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) transactions and related documentation.
Represent clients in IRS audits and Department of Labor (DOL) investigations.
Draft plan documents, amendments, summary plan descriptions, and related agreements.
Manage multiple client matters efficiently while maintaining strong interpersonal communication. Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Employee Benefits/ERISA law.
Strong knowledge of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code requirements.
Experience with ESOP transactions and executive compensation arrangements.
Excellent drafting skills for legal documents and agreements.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and clients. Compensation & Benefits:
