Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Stacy, MN Manufacturing Engineering Department

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Manufacturing Engineering Technician openings in Stacy, MN. Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $20-$25 (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Create and update production documentation (travelers, routings, drawings, BOMs, etc.)

Assist with revisions and improvements to manufacturing methods and procedures

Program production equipment and troubleshoot process/material/equipment issues

Develop, assemble, or modify tooling, fixtures, and equipment

Perform and document routine maintenance on manufacturing and test equipment

Collaborate effectively with co-workers and contribute to team efforts Qualifications

Associate Degree in Engineering Technology or related field, or equivalent experience

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SolidWorks, and Altium (or similar software)

Familiarity with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC-A-620 standards preferred

Understanding of lean methodology is a plus

Hands-on problem-solving approach and self-motivation
