Pilgrim Manor is seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) with ServSafe certification to join our skilled nursing facility in Plymouth, IN! In this leadership role, you'll oversee daily food service operations, ensuring residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals that meet their dietary needs and preferences.

Shift Available:

Full-Time 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Salary:

Based on experience Responsibilities:

Oversee all day-to-day operations within the dietary department.

Manage and support food service staff, including scheduling, hiring, and performance management.

Prepare meals according to planned menus and make only authorized substitutions.

Ensure all food is prepared per standardized recipes and diet orders.

Review resident care plans to ensure dietary needs are met.

Provide nutrition counseling with assistance from a registered dietitian.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote quality resident care and smooth facility operations. Qualifications:

Must be a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) with current ServSafe certification.

Prior management experience preferred.

Long-term care experience is desirable.
