Key Responsibilities:

Set the Attorneys up for success by managing calendars

Assist with preparing documents for the team and prepping important correspondence and contracts

Help Attorneys with file management, reports, and submissions

Ensure to keep the team in the know with legal research and analysis

Qualifications:

5 years' experience ideally in Commercial Law, insurance Defense or Personal Injury

Paralegal Certification

Experience with legal research databases and Microsoft Office

An independent self-starter who works well in a collaborative environment

Great communication and time management skills
