BCBA Position Details

Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Columbus, GA (clinic-based)

Schedule: Full-time or part-time BCBA - you choose your hours

Pay: $80,000 - $110,000

What You'll Do as a BCBA

As a BCBA, you will:

Complete FBAs and skill assessments

Design individualized ABA treatment plans

Lead behavior intervention plans and clinical programming

Supervise and support RBTs with strong treatment fidelity

Review data and adjust programs for measurable progress

Train caregivers and staff using practical, parent-friendly coaching

Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and educators

Maintain documentation aligned with BACB + Georgia standards

What We Need From Our Next BCBA

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Active BCBA certification in good standing

BCBA experience preferred (new BCBAs with strong clinical skills encouraged)

RBT supervision experience a plus

Strong communication, professionalism, and clinical judgment

A compassionate BCBA who wants to help families thrive

Ability to work in the Columbus clinic and nearby community as needed
