· Build strong relationships with residents by being present, approachable, and attentive to their interests and abilities.

· Coordinate vendors, volunteers, and staff to ensure seamless event execution.

· Track attendance, manage a departmental budget, and maintain organized records with exceptional attention to detail.

· Collaborate with other departments to support community-wide initiatives and special events.

· Coordinate with the Life Enrichment team at The Towne House to ensure all programs are aligned, well-communicated, and seamlessly executed across the community.

What We’re Looking For

· A proactive planner who can take an idea from concept to completion.

· Someone who is tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office, digital communication tools, and basic graphic or calendar design platforms.

· A multitasker who can prioritize, pivot quickly, and stay calm when things don’t go as planned.

· A detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and time-management skills.

· A warm, positive communicator who enjoys working with seniors and creating memorable moments.

· Experience in senior living, recreation, hospitality, event planning, or a related field preferred.

What We Offer!

· Robust benefits include 401K match (100% match on first 5% contributed), medical, dental, and vision insurance.

· 100% Employer-paid basic life insurance

· PTO (paid time off) earned from day one of employment

· Paid holidays off

· Onsite fitness center, salon, massage therapy, medical clinic, and café/dining

· 24/7 Employer Assistance Programs (EAP) for additional support around personal, financial, marital, legal issues

· Student loan repayment and tuition assistance available after 120 days of continuous employment
