Air Quality Field Manager

For our North American headquarters, located in La Mirada, California, we have an immediate opening for an Air Quality Field Manager.

Summary

The Air Quality Field Manager is responsible for the management and execution of projects related to Air Quality Services and oversees all functions and personnel assigned to the Air Quality Services team. This position requires sound technical, reporting, and time management skills in addition to advanced knowledge of SCRUM and Agile project management fundamentals. Tasks are performed in adherence with Company Policy. IQAir views this as a key position within the organization. This role is that of a working manager.

The Air Quality Field Manager creates infrastructure and redundancy through the creation, automation and overall improvement of business processes, operational analysis and collaboration with other departments while maximizing team billable hours for IQAir.

Oversee and participate in the successful completion of multiple projects

Oversee and assists the work of the Air Quality Team

Ensures scheduling of billable and non-billable work to maximize available resources and net revenue

Collaborates with the IQAir Foundation and Solutions teams to plan and execute site assessments and installations

Identifies prospect & customer requirements

Collaborates with Accounting/Inventory team to ensure inventory availability for installation projects

Audits reports, records and data entry

Proactively inspect and review Air Quality team activity and work

Develop and cultivate relationships with key external stakeholders

Serves customers and prospects by responding to inbound calls to the Air Quality Services contact center during business hours

Forecast potential business, report regularly on job progress and project financials

Owns operational process development and documentation

May involve up to 50% travel

Special projects as assigned Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience

5+ years Project Management experience with 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role

Experience leading a team in an Agile environment

Prior experience with ERP/CRM system: Netsuite preferred

Experience managing external customers and vendor relationships

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background screen

Ability to pass a Department of Justice LiveScan Other Requirements

May be required to attend and participate in professional development activities both in and outside the company to stay abreast of new developments and best practices.

At IQAir, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this position is between $95,000.00 and $100,000 annually. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
