We're looking for motivated Medicare Call Center Agents to join our high-energy team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals looking to understand and enroll in Medicare plans. No cold calling – just meaningful conversations that help clients make informed decisions about their healthcare.
What You'll Do:
Answer inbound calls and assist clients with Medicare plan options
Educate and guide individuals through enrollment and plan benefits
Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines
Provide top-notch customer service with empathy and clarity
What We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of Medicare (or willingness to learn quickly)
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
