JOB QUALIFICATION

2 years minimum of leadership experience

Automotive manufacturing experience preferred

Maintenance experience helpful but not required SKILLS/ABILITIES

Individual must be a good communicator and a good listener

Must have good understanding of manufacturing operations, machine set-up and changeovers, safety, and quality issues

Good problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills

Must possess good interpersonal skills, present a positive attitude, and set a good example.

Ability to inspect products using fixtures and precise measuring equipment

Ability to evaluate performance and address discipline issues

Ability to work overtime hours including weekends required

Must be able to speak, read, and write English EDUCATION/TECHNICAL EDUCATION

High School diploma
