Internships and Fellowships

You'll use this portal to apply for our our MedFT training programs: doctoral fellowship, post-masters primary care internship, post-masters addiction medicine fellowship. Please click on the "Apply for this Position" button and provide the requested information. This will include uploading the following documents as separate pdfs:

Personal Statement describing which program(s) you're applying for, your interest, and qualifications;

CV or Resume using the "Resume" bar;

Doctoral or masters degree transcript using the "Add Additional File" button;

2-3 separate letters of recommendation using the "Any Additional Files" button.
