Adecco is seeking an experienced Night Shift Shop Foreman to support our client's growing operations. In this role, you will oversee night shift workflow, support a team of technicians, and ensure customer-owned inventory is handled with exceptional quality. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager to maintain a safe, efficient, and organized shop environment.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations & Workflow
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to set shift goals and assign work orders.
Manage technician workloads and ensure smooth workflow throughout the night. Quality Assurance
Audit completed work to confirm adherence to company and customer standards. Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and coach technicians to maintain high performance.
Provide guidance on policies, processes, and expectations. Safety & Compliance
Conduct weekly safety meetings.
Ensure compliance with all shop safety protocols and regulations. Inventory & Documentation
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure transactions are properly documented in CRM/ERP systems. Customer & Internal Support
Assist with customer needs, including work orders, part identification, and deliveries.
Partner with sales and customer service teams to resolve issues as needed. Work Environment & Culture
Foster teamwork, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and quality. Qualifications
2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (required)
Previous night shift experience (required)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with basic computer applications
Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
Reliable transportation required
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, and reaching
Work up to 10-hour shifts in hot/cold warehouse or shop environments
Use of tools and equipment as needed
Exposure to noise and warehouse elements
Required PPE: safety-toed shoes, protective eyewear, and safety apparel Schedule
Monday - Saturday
6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Pay Details: $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
