Job Opportunity in Coraopolis, PA

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team in Coraopolis, PA. Known for its vibrant community and proximity to major urban centers, Coraopolis offers an excellent environment for both personal and professional growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Candidates must be capable of working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and accuracy in their work.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.

SIT is required, PLS preferred; must have (or ability to acquire) PA and/or OH licensure.

Proficiency in Topcon-GPS and total stations is essential.

Experience in performing ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Construction Stakeout, As-built Surveys, Utility line Route Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Property and Boundary Surveys is required.

Working knowledge of Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D programs is required.

The candidate must be a motivated team player willing to work overtime hours and travel locally when required.
