We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain and hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center / Claims Center. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing complex business and technical processes, driving process improvements, and enabling enterprise-level transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex business, system, and technical problems; provide effective solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.
Conduct research, generate comparisons, and make recommendations to support business or technical decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, QA, systems, customer experience) to ensure smooth analysis and project execution.
Provide domain expertise in P&C rating, policy coverages, and endorsements.
Support transformational change initiatives by validating solutions and driving improvements in business processes.
Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Provide guidance on best practices, methodologies, and analysis techniques.
Maintain strong relationships with practice owners, discipline leads, and stakeholders for consistency and collaboration.
Use SQL knowledge for data analysis, reporting, and validation of requirements. Required Skills & Experience
6 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Property & Casualty insurance.
Hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center / Claims Center.
Strong understanding of policy coverages, endorsements, and P&C rating.
Proficiency in process analysis and project management principles.
Strong SQL skills for querying and validating data.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to provide insights and recommendations to influence business and technical direction. Good to Have
Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
Knowledge of industry best practices in insurance operations and system integrations.
