Production Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee operations in our food processing plant. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and a strong understanding of FDA regulations in the food industry.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate production team activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with food safety standards

- Monitor production processes, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity

- Train new employees on proper procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation

- Implement and enforce HACCP guidelines to guarantee product safety

- Sanitate work areas and equipment regularly to meet sanitation standards

- Operate forklifts and other machinery as necessary

Requirements

- Previous experience in a food production environment is preferred

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles

- Ability to operate and maintain production equipment

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Hours: 3pm- 12:30 am Monday-Friday

Pay: From 75,000 year
