What You'll Do
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Ensure completion of all incident reports
Hands-on experience conducting developmentally appropriate assessments using the Vineland-3 and other standardized measures
Provide center-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental needs
Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to guide decision-making
Coach and model behavioral strategies for caregivers and behavior technicians
Supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity
Facilitate family and caregiver training to generalize skills across settings
Deliver crisis prevention and intervention when needed
Collaborate with clinical teams, families, and school/community partners
Participate in staff meetings, clinical training, and continuous learning
In some regions, provide oversight and mentorship to Associate Clinical Supervisors or those accumulating supervision hours, supporting their growth and development toward independent BCBA practice What Makes This Role Unique

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification in good standing (required)
Must Hold Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license.
Must maintain Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license throughout employment.
Minimum 2 years of ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities
Skilled in conducting FBAs, writing BIPs and supervising clinical staff
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with families and team members

Competitive Salary: $85,000-$105,000 based on experience
