Description: Read and document instructions for the specific job each day to ensure tasks are performed correctly. Perform in-house quality checks to ensure all parts are good, documenting defects according to the 'see something, say something' policy. Utilize basic hand tools such as flathead screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and Philips screwdrivers. Assist in cross-training factory members as instructed. Operate within established policies and procedures, seeking approval for deviations.

Pay & Shift: 1st shift Monday to Friday 5.45AM to 2.15PM, $18/hr 2nd shift Monday to Friday 2.15 PM to 10.30 PM $20/hr. Pay is based on experience $18/hour to $20/hour.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
