Job Title: Operations Manager

Position Summary:

You will provide leadership and management oversight for assigned areas of responsibility. Ensure site compliance with Safety, SOP and customer requirements.

Areas of Responsibility:

Comply with all industry, customer and company safety regulations and operating procedures

Embody the Ethical practices and Core Principles of the Company

Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance within the scope of duties, included but not limited to hire, fire, promotions or other changes in employee status

Ensuring compliance with all applicable Company, Customer, OSHA, EPA, FRA and DOT regulations by performing key audits and/or relevant inspections. These are included but not limited to AAR, ISA, ISO, etc..

Ensuring all associates understand and comply with applicable customer and company work instructions, quality procedures and site SOP's

Continually seek and document methods for improvement in the quality of the services being provided and the efficiency in which those services are conducted

Setting and monitoring specific developmental and performance goals for associates

What's Required:

High School Diploma/GED or Ability

Safety first mentality

3 or more years of Supervisory experience

Microsoft Office knowledge is a must

Ability to work in fast paced environment

Able to meet attendance requirements

A teamwork, can do attitude and willing to learn

Valid state driver's license

Bilingual Abilities Required
