Your Role as an Assistant Store Manager:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be instrumental in the daily operations of your store. This role involves hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial objectives while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your efforts will be key to making your store a success, and we will prepare you for this responsibility with 3 or more weeks of hands-on leadership training.

Essential Skills & Experience:

High school diploma required

Willingness to work at stores within a 50-mile radius

Flexible schedule, including weekends

Food Safety certification (Serve Safe) required

Working Conditions:

Note that employees will work in hot environments with steam and food vapors. The workspace is often limited, requiring long periods of standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential for success in this role.

Pay Range: $23 per hour - $26 per hour
