Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service

Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and property trends in the Georgetown area

Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings at the Brickhouse Real Estate office and various locations

Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance

Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions

Maintain and update client databases and property listings using company CRM systems

Stay informed about local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions to provide expert advice to clients

Attend Team Meetings on a weekly basis. Qualifications

Valid real estate license in the state of Kentucky

Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in Georgetown and surrounding areas

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
