Requirements / Qualifications

Copy of Transcript (48+ Semester College Units, Associate Degree or higher or NCLB exam)

CPR/First Aid Certification (Must have valid CPR & First Aid Certificate)

Letter of Introduction

Letter(s) of Recommendation (Must Submit Two (2) Letters dated within the last twelve (12) months.)

Proof of HS Graduation (or equivalent)
