WAGE RANGE*: $60-65/hr.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Temporary Third-Party Due Diligence Program Manager with extensive experience in developing, implementing, and leading comprehensive due diligence programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and risk management, with a particular focus on third-party relationships. Experience with the FTI Comply system is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a robust third-party due diligence program to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Lead the assessment and monitoring of third-party relationships to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate due diligence processes into broader compliance and risk management frameworks.

Utilize the FTI Comply system to streamline due diligence processes and enhance program efficiency.

Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on due diligence best practices and procedures.

Prepare and present reports on due diligence activities and findings to senior management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in building and leading third-party due diligence programs.

Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

Experience with the FTI Comply system is highly desirable.

Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in compliance or risk management is a plus.
