SolidWorks Drafter (Part Time)

Drafter ( Part Time. Approx. 16 hours/week, Onsite in Telford, PA)

Quality Lab Accessories (QLA), a trusted leader in dissolution accessories, is seeking a highly competent and motivated part time Drafter.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be proficient in SolidWorks. This role requires an individual who is a quick learner, can work with minimal direction, and has a strong understanding of proper dimensioning and drawing standards. You will be responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining detailed technical drawings via our change process. This position is to work in-person 2 days a week, preferably Tuesday and Thursday.

What You’ll Do

Create and revise 2D and 3D drawings and models using SolidWorks..

Dimension drawings accurately and logically to convey all necessary information for manufacturing and assembly.

Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to specifications.

Maintain and organize drawing files and documentation in a systematic manner.

Proactively identify and resolve drafting-related issues. What We’re Looking For

Prior working experience in SolidWorks

Ability to create new drawings and/or modify existing drawings

Experience updating a Bill of Materials.

Experience using an Engineering Change process (ECR, ECN, ECO, etc)

Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
